We are 
Under the musical directorship of Jo James, we play a repertoire drawn from the classic swing and Big Band arrangements of the Basie and Ellington era as well as latin, blues, soul, pop and even rock n’roll! The band (previously known as the Blue Max Big Band) was originally formed in the early nineties by members of a jazz workshop run by Andy Hamilton.
